Morena has a degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Activities and has attended several courses in communication and web marketing. She has been working as a freelancer with Ca' Foscari University of Venice for more than nine years, providing organizational support and managing the social channels of some of the University's most important initiatives: Ca' Foscari Short Film Festival, Musica Foscari San Servolo Jazz Fest, Incroci di civiltà, Venetonight.
Since 2014 she is Head of communication for the international short film festival Lago Film Fest, for which he also manages relations with the creative community, she is project manager for the artistic residency project "Diciottocchi" and, since 2018, programmer of the kids and teens section. She designed and curated the exhibition "I linguaggi della percezione" and managed as project manager "Fotogrammi Veneti", a project funded by the Veneto Region and managed by M.A.C.Lab Università Ca' Foscari and Lago Film Fest.
She currently collaborates as a freelance social media manager with some important cultural realities and companies in the area. She is part of the editorial staff of the independent magazine Lahar Magazine since 2013.
